Day-to-day operations are handled by The Inntimate Inns Group, ensuring professional hospitality service backed by meaningful ownership.
All RVs must be self-contained (propane, shower, hot water, water closet). No units older than 2014.
Maximum 2-week stay without management approval. Children welcome - max 14 days annually.
48 hours notice required. Late cancel or no-show: one night + tax. FIFA 2026: full pre-payment, limited cancellation.
One vehicle per lot. 10 km/h speed limit. No commercial activities, Airbnb, or subletting. No electric heaters.
Pets welcome. Dedicated dog walk area with free waste bags. Off-leash dog park within 10-minute walk.
Entrance clearance: 13'6". No vehicle repairs on-site. Off-season RV storage available at $35/night.
